In the third and last part of our interview with Mr. Chehwane, we discussed the expansion of the
company into new sectors in Cyprus, other than the Real Estate sector.
He mentioned, “Following our know-how in the printing field in other countries we operate in,
we have established in 2018 PRINTING PLUS, which specializes in the production of large-
format digital printing across the Island. With all facilities on-site we are able to successfully
maintain complete control of customer service, printing, finishing, delivery and installation.
In addition, we have recently started managing ROSEUM BOUTIQUE HOTEL. Located in
the heart of Larnaca, Roseum Boutique Hotel is a fully renovated hotel, at few meters from the
beach & city center, composed of 20 spacious rooms. Its prime location and unique service make
it a go-to destination all year round. All rooms are fully equipped with modern technologies and
facilities, offering an exceptional and relaxing experience for all guests. The hotel includes
different types of rooms suitable for business entrepreneurs, couples and families.”
Mr. Chehwane then added “to always make sure that our buildings are well-maintained and
clients are continuously satisfied, we have established ADITEA, to guarantee the best after-sales
services to all our customers. ADITEA team assists in the furnishing of the apartments and
settling the electricity and water bills if client is abroad, as well as handling the elevator
maintenance, gardening & landscaping, pest control, building insurance and cleaning of building
common areas.”

Finally, he noted that he is proud of the contribution the company has made in Cyprus and in
Larnaca more specifically.
He stated “We, at Plus Properties, have promoted Cyprus through
online and offline campaigns and have organized and participated in more than 100 events all over
the world for the past 6 years. We believe we have engaged in the growth of the economy of
Cyprus and we are a major player in the Real Estate Sector in Cyprus. We collaborate with more
than 100 local contractors, sub-contractors, architects, real estate agents, auditors, legal advisors,
banks, media agencies and suppliers in Cyprus.”
