Construction begins on Downtown Residences, a project by Africanos Property Developers
Africanos Property Developers is pleased to announce that excavation works has begun at the project Downtown Residences located in the heart of the City of Larnaca.
The Project is located just 15 minutes from the beach promenade of Finikoudes in the old Larnaca town, near to a well-known supermarket chain Metro Supermarket and just 2 minutes away from the American Academy of Larnaca.

It is remarkable to mention that 65% of the project has already been sold.
After all the necessary actions have been taken and all the relevant Permits have been secured within a short period of time, the Company is pleased to announce that the excavation works for the construction of the project is already underway and continues at a fast pace for the completion which is expected to be by the end of the 2025.
