Ο Αρχιραββίνος Κύπρου τέλεσε την τελετή τοποθέτησης Μεζουζά στο νέο Hadassah Medical Center Limassol

Με ιδιαίτερη επισημότητα πραγματοποιήθηκε η τελετή τοποθέτησης της Μεζουζά στο νέο Hadassah Medical Center Limassol, σηματοδοτώντας την έναρξη λειτουργίας ενός ακόμη σημαντικού ιατρικού κέντρου στην Κύπρο.

Την τελετή τέλεσε ο Αρχιραββίνος Κύπρου, Ραβίνος Αριέ Ζεέβ Ράσκιν, ο οποίος τοποθέτησε τη Μεζουζά στην κεντρική είσοδο του κέντρου και απηύθυνε ειδική προσευχή για την ευημερία των ασθενών, των ιατρών, του νοσηλευτικού προσωπικού και όλων όσοι θα περάσουν το κατώφλι του νέου ιδρύματος αναζητώντας θεραπεία και φροντίδα.

ΤοHadassah Medical Organization, με έδρα την Ιερουσαλήμ και ιστορία που ξεπερνά τα 100 χρόνια, αποτελεί έναν από τους πλέον αναγνωρισμένους οργανισμούς υγείας του Ισραήλ, με διεθνή φήμη στους τομείς της ιατρικής περίθαλψης, της επιστημονικής έρευνας και της ιατρικής εκπαίδευσης.

Official Mezuzah Placement Ceremony Held at Hadassah Medical Center Limassol

Limassol, Cyprus – A significant milestone for healthcare in Cyprus was marked with the official inauguration of Hadassah Medical Center Limassol, the first official European centre of the renowned Hadassah Medical Organization outside Israel.

The ceremony featured the official Mezuzah Placement, performed by Chief Rabbi of Cyprus, Rabbi Arie Zeev Raskin, who affixed the mezuzah at the entrance of the new medical centre and offered a special prayer for the wellbeing of its patients, medical professionals, and staff.

The ceremony was attended by representatives of government, the business and medical communities, partners of the organization, and members of the media, who were given a tour of the state-of-the-art facilities and introduced to the advanced medical services already available.

Founded in Jerusalem more than a century ago, the Hadassah Medical Organization is internationally recognised for its excellence in patient care, groundbreaking medical research, innovation, and medical education. The establishment of Hadassah Medical Center Limassol represents an important step in strengthening healthcare cooperation between Cyprus and Israel while bringing world-class medical expertise closer to the people of Cyprus.

Speaking during the ceremony, the leadership of Hadassah Medical Center Limassol emphasized that the centre is committed to delivering outstanding healthcare through advanced technology, leading specialists, personalised patient care, and direct collaboration with the Hadassah Medical Organization in Jerusalem.

Guests had the opportunity to learn about the centre’s extensive diagnostic and treatment capabilities, as well as its specialised programmes in preventive medicine, rehabilitation, and comprehensive healthcare services, all developed in accordance with the internationally recognised standards of Hadassah.

The inauguration of Hadassah Medical Center Limassol also marks the beginning of a broader vision for healthcare development in Cyprus, with future plans including additional hospital infrastructure and expanded medical services across the island.
