As we grow in Cyprus, we are looking to recruit some great people to join the team of our new restaurant Verde Caferesto at Metropolis Mall in Larnaca, for the position of:
Sous Chef
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the smooth operation of the kitchen
- Control of food quality and food production
- Adhere to all procedures regarding Health & safety and HACCP standards
- Manage and train kitchen team
- Maintain a positive and professional approach with the team
- Attain the financial objectives of the company
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position
- Diploma or Degree in a related field will be considered an advantage
- Fluency in Greek and English language
- Pleasant and dynamic personality with leadership skills
- Computer Literate
