Company Profile:
EDGE DEVELOPMENT GROUP is a company operating in the construction and real estate development sector in Larnaca.
The company is looking for a dynamic, self-motivated and passionate Sales Representative to join it’s team.
Main responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
· Independent management of the marketing and sales activities for the Company and it’s group;
· Building relationships with Agencies and prospective Clients;
· Providing excellent service, advice and professional information to potential Clients;
· Creating and maintaining a client portfolio;
· Representing the Company in the property market and develop it’s reputation;
· Report to the group’s CEO, and senior management, as the case may be;
· Be responsible for all other or ad-hoc duties ancillary to this marketing and sales position as may arise from time to time.
The ideal candidate should have:
· A minimum of (4) four years’ prior Marketing and/or sales experience in property sales or related field;
· Outstanding communication, negotiation, and sales skills;
· Excellent organizational skills and ability to perform well under pressure;
· Degree and/or Postgraduate Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field;
· Excellent command of the English language. Fluency in additional languages will be considered an advantage;
· Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 (word, excel,) Outlook and other related software.
