The Role
The successful candidate will work in MGM’s Administration Department.
The Responsibilities
Work closely and provide support to the Managing Director
Office administration of MGM business affairs, including secretarial duties.
Office administration duties in relation to services provided to Clients
Office administration in relation to Firm’s Compliance Obligations and Internal Policies
Corporate Administration work in relation to the Registrar of Companies
Provide support to the Accounting Department – social insurance contributions, bookkeeping etc
Liaise with Tax Authorities and Banks for Client’s affairs
Other administration duties
Position requirements – Experience
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Excellent IT skills (e.g. Microsoft Office)
Fluent in Greek and English languages (written and spoken)
Position requirements – Qualifications
University degree with grade 2:1 or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, Management, Business Administration or similar discipline
At least 1 year of relevant experience
The following will be considered as a strong advantage (but are not prerequisites):
Knowledge of an Accounting Software (s) (e.g. Cycom)
Fluent knowledge of the Russian language (written and verbal)
